Situated next door to each other in Tankerton CT5 2AW these 2 first floor apartments are perfect for families wanting to holiday together but have their own space or simply for those who want to be by the sea.

Famous for it’s wooden beach huts, Tankerton offers a getaway for those looking for safe bathing and well managed facilities. From the gently sloping grassy banks down to a shingle beach it is ideal for paddling and exploring rock pools making it a perfect spot for a family picnic or simply for relaxing and taking in the magnificent views. At low tide a pleasant walk via the “Street” can take you right out to sea – or simply stroll along the prom into Whitstable.

The beaches are also very beautiful in winter. When the skies are grey, the sea turns metallic silver; the wind whips the waves into a frenzy, and the boats’ masts whistle and clang. This place is almost poetic.

Walk along the beach in winter and you’ll get a true feel of raw nature; it’s inspirational stuff
