BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The booking system price quoted, is for the "Accommodation cost" and includes the use of the Master bedroom ONLY.
You can then add additional bedrooms of your choice to accommodate your party size.
This is so that 2 people are not paying the same as 7/8 people.

Times : arrival time 4pm - departure time 10am late departure 6pm can be added to Sundays only

Week bookings 7 nights - Friday all properties, Saturday Honey Cottage & Sunset Loft or Monday all properties

Short weekend 2 nights - Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun

Long Weekend 3 nights - Fri, Sat, Sun

Mid Week 4 nights - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur

 

Our costs of the property include all bed linen and towels,

exclusive use of the hot tub and additional towels for the hot tub

(which can be used for the beach),

gas, electric, gas for the barbecue,

1st basket of logs for the fire, sky + TV, wireless Internet  and a welcome pack of essentials.

There is a £200 returnable security deposit payable with the balance.

This will be added to the TOTAL cost for the booking when booking on line.

The returnable security deposit is returned within 10 days of departure via bank transfer as per our terms and conditions.

I try to do this the day after departure or the same day once I have heard from the Housekeeper that all is well.
 

You can make payment either by debit/credit card through a paypal facility,

(Pay pal charge a 3.6% processing fee)  Paypal or bank transfer.

time for the payment to reach us, it will also tell you the amount to be sent.
